At American Pickleball League, we want you to step onto the court with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all paddles and gear. If your equipment isn't improving your game, we'll help you find the right fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
